Impact FC Academy – MSA D2 Soccer
The focus of Impact FC's Academy program is player development. The focus of each training session will be to make sure that each player is a better individual that will make a great teammate down the road. Our academy will be teaching soccer skills, but we will also be impacting people.
The Impact Academy season will be broken into two seasons (fall and spring). Academy players will meet twice a week for 1.5 hour training sessions. At the U8 level teams will be divided evenly so that players learn to play with players of differing skill. At the U9 and older level players will be placed on teams according to skill. At the end of each season (fall and spring) each player will receive an individual evaluation. See our FAQ page for more information.
In addition to training the Impact Academy will participate this year in the Mississippi Soccer Association’s inaugural season of the MCSL State League. This league was created to provide competitive and developmental teams an opportunity to play in an environment that fosters development and a competitive spirit without the normal tournament expense.
